Apple Cinnamon Swirl Smoothie


Ingredients

  • Apple Cinnamon Swirl
  • 1 apple
  • 2 dates
  • 1 heaping tbsp almond butter or penut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 pinch of ground ginger (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • Apple Smoothie
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients for the apple smoothie.
  2. Use a food possessor to mix together the ingredients for the apple cinnamon swirl.
  3. Using a spoon layer some apple-cinnamon swirl on the bottom of your glasses then pour the apple smoothie on top. Top with garnishes if you want and enjoy!
