- 2 handful of mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A splash of soy cream (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- wash the mushrooms and cut them in 2-3 mm thick slices.
- in a saucepan, heat the oil, add the garlic and cook until golden (3-4 min).
- add the mushrooms and thyme and cook until golden.
- pour in the cream, adjust salt and pepper and cook for another minute.
- top 2 slices of roasted bread and ENJOY!
