Avocado Ice Cream


Ingredients

  • (Serves 6)
  • • 2 avocados
  • • half a can of creamy coconut milk (200 ml)
  • • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • • 1 tsp taste of lavender flower
  • • 1 lime or lemon (zest and juice)
  • Toppings:
  • • 100g melted dark Vegan chocolate
  • • 3 tbsp popped quinoa, pistachio or other nuts.

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients and freeze in popsicle molds.
