Vegan Banana Donuts




Vegan Donuts


  • Makes 14
  • 1 & 1/3 cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 med/lrg Banana
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Soy Milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1/2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease your doughnut pan
  2. Mix first four ingredients in a medium sized bowl, set aside
  3. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth, pour into the dry ingredients and mix to combine
  4. Pour into a piping bag or a sandwich bag and cut the corner, pipe batter into the donut holes and bake for 15 minutes
  5. Cool in pan for 5 minutes then flip into a wire rack
  6. To ice, I melted Raw Vegan Chocolate and Raw vegan Caramel Chocolate, dipped half in each, popped into the freezer for a few minutes to set and then drizzled with the other flavour.
