
Berry Crepes

- Crepes: –
- 1 cup of vanilla soya milk
- 1 and 1/3 cup of oat flour
- 1 cup of water
- additionally some xylitol Mixed all together and let the batter sit for 15 minutes, then cook the crepes in a pan with a little oil.
- For the cream, mix coconut yoghurt with 1/2 tea spoon of black goji powder, 1/2 tea spoon of pitaya powder and 1/2 tea spoon of blue spirulina.
- Top with berries.
