Berry Crepes


Ingredients

  • Crepes: –
  • 1 cup of vanilla soya milk
  • 1 and 1/3 cup of oat flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • additionally some xylitol Mixed all together and let the batter sit for 15 minutes, then cook the crepes in a pan with a little oil.
  • For the cream, mix coconut yoghurt with 1/2 tea spoon of black goji powder, 1/2 tea spoon of pitaya powder and 1/2 tea spoon of blue spirulina.
  • Top with berries.
