Blackwheat Pizza


Ingredients

  • Beet Hummus
  • 2 tbs garlic
  • 3 can chickpea
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • 6 tbs tahini
  • 3 teaspoon salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 9 tbs water
  • 1 beet (the bigger the richer the color)
  • 1. Add to food processor and blend till desired texture
  • Tahini Dressing
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • texture should be slightly thick, if too watery add more tahini
  • 1. Add all to blender and blend
  • Roasted Chickpeas
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (amino braggs/tamari)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1. cook chickpeas on medium heat for a few minutes
  • 2. add lemon, maple, soy, maple. garlic, cook a few more minutes
  • 3. add spiced and cook all till slightly browned
  • Crust
  • 360g buckwheat
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 salt
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 140g water
  • 1 tsp charcoal powder (optional)
  • 1. bake at 250C/480F for 16 minutes on parchment paper or longer if not crispy
  • 2. top with hummus, chickpeas & tahini drizzle.
