Blueberry Coconut Popsicles with Chocolate Cover


Instructions

  1. Blend 1/2 cup blueberries, splash coconut milk and 1 tbsp coconut cream.
  2. Pour in Popsicle molds and cover with coconut Granola.
  3. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  4. Melt 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate and cover over the cold Popsicles.
  5. Freeze for half an hour.
  6. Enjoy!
