Bounty Donuts


Ingredients

  • 250g coconut flour
  • 100g coconut sugar
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 60ml melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • Chocolate glaze:
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup cacao butter (melted)
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 3-5 tbsp coconut syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the vanilla essence, coconut milk and coconut oil in a small bowl, then add the flour, sugar, baking powder and flax seeds.
  2. Whisk until no lumps remain.
  3. On a donut tin, bake at 180°C/350F for ~ 18 minutes.
