Cantaloupe Ginger Agua Frescas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ripe cantaloupe meat (+ some of the juices)
  • 1-inch piece of peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 23 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • To garnish:
  • basil leaves or cucumber slices

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powdered blender and allow it to settle completely.
  2. Chill. Skim off the foam on the top, and pour over ice. Garnish with basil leaves or cucumber slices and serve
