Cashew-Pecan-Vanilla Butter


  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup pecan nuts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/3 tsp sea salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C/300F.
  2. Roast the nuts for 10 minutes and let them cool down.
  3. Place the nuts and the vanilla powder in a food processor and process until smooth (it will take about 5 minutes).
  4. Add the salt and whisk.
  5. Place in a jar and
