- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1 cup pecan nuts
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/3 tsp sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C/300F.
- Roast the nuts for 10 minutes and let them cool down.
- Place the nuts and the vanilla powder in a food processor and process until smooth (it will take about 5 minutes).
- Add the salt and whisk.
- Place in a jar and
