Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal with Almonds and Goji Berries


Ingredients

  • (Serves 2) Cook 1 1/2 cups quick oats, 1 cup frozen sweet dark cherries and 2 tbsps cacao powder with 2 1/2 cups water for about 5 minutes. Stir well. Add 1-2 tbsps maple syrup and 1/2 cup plant milk (optional, makes it a little creamier), mix and transfer to bowls. Top with almonds and goji berries. Enjoy!
