Who doesn’t love a healthy breakfast treat that can be made beforehand with little to no effort and less than 10 ingredients? This delicious vegan chocolate coffee chia pudding recipe checks off all the boxes, and will definitely brighten your morning!
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup brewed coffee
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 3 tablespoon cacao
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Mix all the ingredients, except the chia seeds.
- Add the chia seeds last and let it wait in the fridge overnight.
- Optionally (depending on texture preference), you can run it through the blender before serving.
