Chocolate & Maca Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Dry:
  • 1½ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1½ tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ salt
  • Wet:
  • 1¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1½ tbsp apple cinder vinegar
  • Stevia to taste (I used 5g)

Instructions

  1. Mix wet and dry in separate bowls, add wet to dry and whisk until well combined.
  2. Pour 2 tbsp of the batter for each pancake in a pan and cook on medium heat until bubbles form, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve with agave nectar or maple syrup.
