Chocolate Protein Waffles


Ingredients

  • 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour (or flour of choice)
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan protein powder (I used Hazelnut Cacao)
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 Tbsp water)
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp granulated stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk (more to consistency)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl adding milk to consistency
  2. Cook in a well greased waffle maker as per directions on your waffle maker.
