Coconut Banana Porridge


Ingredients

  • 80g Oatmeal
  • 250ml Water or Rice-Coconut-Drink
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 1 small apple diced
  • 10g Raisins
  • 10g Mulberries
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp shredded Coconut

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the bananas to a small pot and cook it on medium heat, until it has a creamy texture.
  2. Before you add your Porridge to the bowl, mixe one third of the Banana under it.
  3. Transfer to your bowl and top it with some Apple sauce, the rest of the Bananas, Hemp seeds, Cinnamon, shredded Coconut, Mulberries and some puffed Quinoa. Enjoy!
