
Cold Barista Drip

Ingredients
- finely ground coffee
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 500 ml water (2 cups)
- 2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream
- 5 g roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare your cold drip by placeing the ground coffee and cinnamon into the filter.
- Fill the water tank with cold water.
- Open the valve until a drop of water hits the ground coffee every 1-2 seconds.
- Place into the fridge and let drip for approx. 2 hours until it has finished dripping.
- Pour the cold drip into two glasses with ice cubes.
- Add the vegan vanilla ice cream and top with chopped peanuts. Enjoy with biodegradable or reusable straws!
