Cold Barista Drip

Ingredients

  • finely ground coffee
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 500 ml water (2 cups)
  • 2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 5 g roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cold drip by placeing the ground coffee and cinnamon into the filter.
  2. Fill the water tank with cold water.
  3. Open the valve until a drop of water hits the ground coffee every 1-2 seconds.
  4. Place into the fridge and let drip for approx. 2 hours until it has finished dripping.
  5. Pour the cold drip into two glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Add the vegan vanilla ice cream and top with chopped peanuts. Enjoy with biodegradable or reusable straws!
