This cookbook, which includes original recipes by Kim-Julie, as well as a list of collaborations with fellow cookbook authors, chefs, and friends and family from all across the globe, follows over a decade of trial and error while sharing her passion for veganism with audiences online.

But this cookbook has both, and there are so many different recipe options in this book that come from all around the world: from sweet to savory to spicy, and everything in between.
