Creamy Сoconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4tbsp (40g) chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or in a jar mix 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk, 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup and 4tbsp (40g) chia seeds. Place in the fridge to soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour. 
  2. Serve with fresh fruit and granola. Enjoy!
