- 150g Mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- A branch of rosemary & thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 70g almond cream (or soy cream)
- 3 tbsp water
- Cut the mushrooms, press the garlic clove.
- In a pan, heat the oil, add the mushrooms, garlic and all the spieces and simmer until golden.
- Add the almond cream and the water and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and ENJOY!
