Creamy Mushroom Penne


  • 150g Mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • A branch of rosemary & thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 70g almond cream (or soy cream)
  • 3 tbsp water


  1. Cut the mushrooms, press the garlic clove.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil, add the mushrooms, garlic and all the spieces and simmer until golden.
  3. Add the almond cream and the water and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the noodles and ENJOY!
