Creamy Oats


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 heaped teaspoon date paste
  • 1 pear
  • 1 dried fig
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pre bake the pear by cutting into quarters, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius fan forced.
  2. cook oats in a pot with the water for 6 minutes or until thick and smooth. Stir through oat milk
  3. Serve across 2 bowls, top with pear, cinnamon, seeds, sliced fig and a teaspoon of date paste.
