These creamy spinach smoothies can be enjoyed on their own, or topped with vegan whipped cream and sprinkles if you’re feeling festive.
- 65g baby spinach
- 1.5 avocados
- 2 heaped tbsp peanut butter
- 1 (frozen) spotty banana
- maple syrup to taste
- oat milk to taste
- Blend until smooth. If you like, serve with plant-based whipped cream and vegan sprinkles.
