- 2 cups of cashews
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup vegetable milk
- 3 pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- for toppings we´ll use 1/4 cup of grated cacao or cacao beans and for the base 1 cup of coconut yogurt.
- To make this delicious dreamy chocolate nice cream, simply blend all the ingredients (except the grated cacao or cacao beans) in a blender.
- Pour the mix in a bowl and leave it in the freezer for 4 hours.
- To serve, pour in the base of the jar, coconut yogurt, then add the nice cream and top it all with grated cacao or cacao beans. Yummy!
