Fluffy Protein Pancakes


Ingredients

Dry ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Wet ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  4. Cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble.
  5. Then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  7. Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
  8. Enjoy!
