Fruity Vegan Vanilla Crepes

Ingredients

  • 100g spelt flour
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 100ml sparkling water
  • vanilla
  • 1tbsp coconut sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix everything
  2. Let the batter rest for 10 min. and fry your Crêpes on both sides.
  3. Serve with fresh berries and coconut yogurt.
