Fully Loaded Nachos

Ingredients

  • Recipe for cheese sauce;
  • 1 cup of soaked cashews
  • 1 cup of Almond milk
  • 1 tsp of mustard powder
  • 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
  • Tbs of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
  • Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • Combine above ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Enjoy with nachos!
