- 2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup rice or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/3 cup liquid coconut butter
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide into bowls, colour with vegan friendly food dye and spoon into silicone Popsicle moulds.
- Swirl with a toothpick & freeze overnight.
- Finished with edible glitter
