Galaxy Ice Pops


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rice or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1/3 cup liquid coconut butter

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into bowls, colour with vegan friendly food dye and spoon into silicone Popsicle moulds.
  3. Swirl with a toothpick & freeze overnight.
  4. Finished with edible glitter
