- (enough for 5 people)
- 1 cup cashews (soaked in water for 2–3 hours)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vegetable broth powder
- 1 tsp starch
- 2,5 tsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (i guess you can use a food processor, too) until you have a creamy sauce.
- Cook pasta, drain pasta and add the sauce. stir well and serve!
