Healthy Vegan “Nutella”



  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of hazelnuts;
  • ¼ cup of rice malt or maple syrup;
  • 3 tbsp of cacao powder;
  • 1 tsp of vanilla paste;
  • 1 tbsp of water or more
  • pinch of salt


  1. Roast hazelnuts for 10 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius in the oven and remove their skins using paper towels once cooled down;
  2. Mix the roasted and peeled hazelnuts in a food processor or blender until it becomes a soft paste;
  3. Add in the cacao, sweetener, cacao, vanilla and salt and blend for a few minutes;
  4. Pour in a jar and keep in the fridge for up to one week.
