Ingredients
For the Base
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp ground flax seed
For the Pink Layer
- 1/2 base (see above)
- 1 cup frozen pink pitaya (dragonfruit) or frozen raspberries or strawberries
Instructions
- Blend the base ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Set 1/2 of the base aside, then blend the other half with the frozen dragonfruit.
- Next, layer the base and pink layer in jars and enjoy!
Notes
- The layers need to be very thick to stay in place. If your smoothie is a bit too liquid, either add more frozen fruit or place it in the freezer until it firms up before layering.
