Lentil Chili Mac



  • 8 oz dry pasta, cooked and drained according to directions
  • 1/2 cup dry lentils, cooked according to directions
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Easy cheeze sauce:
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Dash of smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste


  1. While cooking pasta and lentils, make cheeze sauce:
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender until super smooth and creamy.
  3. Also sauté tomatoes with chili paste until they soften. Combine pasta, lentils, cheeze sauce, tomatoes, and chili powder. Adjust seasoning as desired. Enjoy!
