- 1 cup of GF oatmeal
- 1 cup of almond milk
- I cup of macadamia nuts (hazelnuts pecans or cashews could be used)
- 1 banana
- 1 apple – grated
- I tablespoon of agave (optional)
- Place the oatmeal into a blender and blend until very fine.
- Add the nuts and blend again.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and blend into a smooth batter.
- Fry in a frying pan until golden.
- Serve with fresh berries and coco yoghurt.
