Macadamia Pancakes with Coconut Yogurt and Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of GF oatmeal
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • I cup of macadamia nuts (hazelnuts pecans or cashews could be used)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple – grated
  • I tablespoon of agave (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the oatmeal into a blender and blend until very fine.
  2. Add the nuts and blend again.
  3. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend into a smooth batter.
  4. Fry in a frying pan until golden.
  5. Serve with fresh berries and coco yoghurt.
