Megan is a plant-based blogger & freelance food photographer living in Seattle. After being a vegetarian over 10 years and finding out about an egg intolerance in February 2018, she started ShortGirlTallOrder as a place to document her new adventures into vegan baking & plant-based eating. ShortGirlTallOrder was truly started as a place to get people excited about cooking again and realize that plant-based cooking is FAR from boring! Outside of SGTO you can find her hiking around Seattle with her boyfriend and pup Bailey, scoping out the best coffee shops, and likely planning her next epic dinner or brunch party for friends.
