Miso Tofu Buddha Bowl


Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp miso powder or you can sub with paste
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Water to thin if needed
  • 200g organic firm tofu

Instructions

  1. Whisk sauce ingredients together. Heat a nonstick pan on high, add the tofu and cook each side until lightly golden.
  2. Turn heat to low and pour in the sauce. Stir the tofu and place a lid over the pan, turn heat off and let it sit for 5 mins.
  3. Serve with brown rice, kale, tomato, cucumber, radish, avocado, hummus and sesame seeds.
