- 2–3 tsp miso powder or you can sub with paste
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp tamari sauce
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Water to thin if needed
- 200g organic firm tofu
- Whisk sauce ingredients together. Heat a nonstick pan on high, add the tofu and cook each side until lightly golden.
- Turn heat to low and pour in the sauce. Stir the tofu and place a lid over the pan, turn heat off and let it sit for 5 mins.
- Serve with brown rice, kale, tomato, cucumber, radish, avocado, hummus and sesame seeds.
