
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats - soaked in 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup espresso coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 4 dates - pitted and soaked
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender
- Add more or less cocoa powder to make the different shades
- Place in the refrigerator to thicken
- Optional: layer with coconut yogurt, homemade hazelnut granola, vegan chocolate-style cookies and coconut whipped cream on top.
