Mocha Peanut Butter Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 date
  • 1 to 2 tsp instant coffee (or 1 espresso shot)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 300ml almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in a jar. If desired, top with peanut butter, chocolate chips, nuts and puffed grains.
  3. Enjoy!
