Nisha Vora

Nisha Vora is a vegan food blogger, self-taught chef, photographer, and author of The Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook. After graduating from Harvard Law School and working as a lawyer for four years, she exchanged her casebooks for cookbooks and launched a career in her dream world of food by creating Rainbow Plant Life, a popular vegan Instagram account, blog, and Youtube channel. She is a Californian at heart but lives in Brooklyn.

My debut cookbook, The Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook, came out in summer 2019 and I’ve been doing some cookbook tour events and workshops, which has been incredibly fun before I start thinking about the second book. I’m also working on building up a cache of food photography resources!
