No Bake Protein Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches


Ingredients

  • . (Makes 20-22 Cookies)
  • * 1/2 cup vegan chocolate protein powder
  • * 1 cup almonds
  • * 1 cup pitted dates * Juice of a lemon
  • * 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • * 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • * 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • * 1/2 cup oats ️

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until you get a chewy consistency.
  2. Make 20-22 small balls and press each with your thumb.
  3. Use desire fillings, such as peanut butter, to make the sandwiches.
  4. Also perfect with vegan Nutella.
