Ingredients

  • THE CHICKPEAS
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • mix well, roast in oven 45 mins
  • THE BROCCOLI
  • charred with olive oil
  • THE CRISPY TOFU
  • curry powder + olive oil.
  • lightly charred on both sides
  • THE TOMATOES slices cherry tomatoes, lightly fried with cracked pepper and olive oil.
  • SLICED WATERMELON RADISHES
  • raw
  • THE HUMMUS
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt + pepper
  • blend and serve!
