Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk and more as you go
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch each of:
  • cinnamon
  • cardamom
  • ginger
  • nutmeg
  • vanilla
  • sea salt
  • 1 scoop vanilla brown rice protein
  • Toppings:
  • Peanut Butter
  • Blueberries
  • Banana
  • Almonds
  • Goji berries
  • Maple syrup
  • Activated Buckwheat

Instructions

  1. Cook over stove top until creamy, add protein last and add more liquid to reach desired consistency!
