- 2 handful of cherry tomatoes
- 2 springs of rosemary
- 6 sage leaves
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 onion (minced)
- a splash of olive oil
- Place all the ingredients in a baking dish and and top them with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C/350F.
- Serve with your favorite pasta.
