Orecchiette with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes


Ingredients

  • 2 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 springs of rosemary
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • a splash of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a baking dish and and top them with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C/350F.
  3. Serve with your favorite pasta.
  4. ENJOY.
