Pancake Stack


Ingredients

  • Serves 4- Mix in a large bowl:
  • 400g spelt flour
  • 60g starch
  • 275g unsweetened applesauce
  • 500ml almond milk
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Mix well and let sit for about 20 minutes.
  2. That’s it for the batter.
  3. Cook the pancakes in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
  4. For the coconut yogurt, simply mix plain coyo with blueberry fruit powder and serve with fresh berries on top.
