- COMPOTE: 100 g cherries, 50 g strawberries, 50 g raspberries; cut the berries into small pieces. Put into a pan with 3 tbsp water. Cook over low heat for 20 min. Blend until creamy (but don’t over blend it!). Let it cool down.
- GRANOLA: 170 g buckwheat, 100 g oats, 100 g sesame seeds, 50 g chia seeds, 50 g coconut flakes, pinch of salt,1 ripe banana, 1 1/2 ripe peach, 4 teaspoon maple syrup, 3 teaspoon olive oil; preheat the oven to 180 degrees. blend the banana with the peach until smooth, add the maple syrup and the oil. In a separate bowl put all the dry ingredients. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and whisk until well mixed. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 min. Stir from time to time. Let it cool and place the granola into a jar.
- YOGURT: 150 g soya yogurt, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, 1 tbsp coconut cream: whisk all the ingredients. Enjoy!
