Peppermint Mylk & White Choc Donuts


Ingredients

  • 2 cups soaked dates
  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 2 tbsp maca powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • Toppings:
  • 1 cup cacao butter melted with:
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup soaked cashews (blended into a paste)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions

  1. Blend/process all donut ingredients.
  2. For the blue, mix in some bluechai tea and 1 tsp peppermint extract.
  3. For the mylk choc mix in some cacao powder.
  4. No baking required.
