
Pink N’Icecream Cupcakes
Ingredients
- For the base, process:
- 4 dried figs
- 2 big medjool dates
- 1/2 cup oats
- handful walnuts
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt and 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Too with banana slices and pink nicecream made of 2 frozen bananas and a big handful of frozen mixed berries.
