- Pizza Dough (Store bought or homemade, whichever you prefer)
- Pizza Sauce of choice
- Vegan Cheese
- Sliced Olives
- Finely diced mushroom
- Finely sliced tomato
- Fresh basil
- Split the pizza dough into two and shape into 2 large donut shapes and flatten them slightly.
- Make sure the hole in the centre is big enough because the dough will rise. Bake in a preheated oven (190C/360F) on a lined baking tray for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, add toppings, and then place back in the oven for a further 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Decorate with fresh basil and enjoy.
