Portobello Bagel Burgers


Ingredients

  • 2 sesame bagels
  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 zucchini slices
  • 1 onion
  • sliced Carrot
  • Arugula
  • Cashew cream
  • Tomato

Instructions

  1. Place portobello mushrooms in the skillet and fry 1 minute per side.
  2. Add Salt.
  3. Steam for 3 minute,turning twice.
  4. Fry onions,tomatoes and zucchini.
  5. Build the burger.
