Potato Gnocchi with Rosemary-Cheeze Sauce

Potato Gnocchi with Rosemary-Cheeze Sauce


  • 400g gnocchi (egg free)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2.5 dl soy or oat cream
  • salt and pepper


  1. Mince the onions and garlic.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the oil and sauté the onions, garlic cloves and the rosemary until golden brown.
  3. Add the traditional yeast and cook for another minute.
  4. Place the mixture in a high-speed blender, adjust salt and pepper, add the cream and blend until smooth.
  5. Cook the gnocchi as described on the package and top with the cheeze sauce.
  6. ENJOY!
