- vegan chocolate spread
- coconut yogurt
- 1 ripe banana (optional)
- 1–2tsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 100ml plant based milk
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- Sliced bread/toast
- Mix the banana with the coconut sugar, chickpea flour, vegan chocolate protein powder, plant based milk and vanilla.
- Dip your toasts in the mixture and fry them on both sides over low heat until crispy!
- Serve with vegan chocolate spread, banana, blueberries and coconut yogurt.
