Protein Chocolate French Toasts



To serve:

  • vegan chocolate spread
  • banana
  • blueberries
  • coconut yogurt

Other ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (optional)
  • 12tsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder (optional)
  • 100ml plant based milk
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • Sliced bread/toast


  1. Mix the banana with the coconut sugar, chickpea flour, vegan chocolate protein powder, plant based milk and vanilla.
  2. Dip your toasts in the mixture and fry them on both sides over low heat until crispy!
  3. Serve with vegan chocolate spread, banana, blueberries and coconut yogurt.
